Description

This program, in partnership with Jersey City Muay Thai, will give THS students an opportunity to study the sport of Muay Thai, develop practical Self-Defense skills, and build confidence. Get into shape and learn to protect your boundaries on and off the mat!

This program is an extra cost of $300.00 for about 18 sessions, which will be charged to your FACTS account.
